These terms govern purchases and use of digital products sold through VFXAbhay Store.

Products and licence
Products are downloadable digital creative tools. A completed purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased product. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, reverse engineer, or make the product files publicly available.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed on each product page before checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. An order is accepted only after successful payment verification. We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing, technical, fraud, or availability errors.
Compatibility and customer responsibility
Please review the stated software version, operating-system compatibility, features, and product description before purchasing. Customers are responsible for having compatible software and hardware.
Delivery and support
Access is delivered electronically after verified payment. Installation assistance is support, not a guarantee that unsupported environments will work. For help, email orders@vfxabhay.in.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All product files, branding, media, and documentation remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. You must not use the store or products unlawfully, interfere with checkout, or attempt unauthorised access.
Liability and changes
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms prospectively; the version shown at purchase applies to that transaction.
