Delivery method
After Razorpay confirms payment, a download link is generated and shown on the order status page. It may also be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Delivery timeframe
Digital access is normally issued immediately after successful payment verification. Payment confirmation, email delivery, or temporary service issues may occasionally cause a short delay.
Download access
Download links may be time-limited or single-use for security. Save a backup of the purchased installer or archive and do not share the link or files with others.
Delivery problems
If payment succeeded but access was not issued, email orders@vfxabhay.in with your order/payment ID and purchase email. We normally respond within 2 business days.
Shipping charges
No physical shipping charges apply. Any taxes or transaction totals are displayed before payment.
