Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy applies to downloadable digital products purchased from VFXAbhay Store.

Cancellation
An unpaid or failed order may be abandoned without charge. Because delivery is automated, a successfully paid order cannot normally be cancelled after the download link or product access has been issued.
Refund eligibility
You may request review when you were charged more than once for the same order, paid successfully but did not receive access, received a corrupt or materially defective file that support cannot replace, or the delivered product materially differs from its description.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to check compatibility, lack of required third-party software, or inability to use the product after functional files have been delivered.
How to request
Email orders@vfxabhay.in within 7 days of payment with your order ID, payment ID, purchase email, and issue details. We normally respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank processing normally takes 5–7 working days after initiation and may vary by payment provider or bank.
